I will meet with you in your home and where will discuss your real estate objectives. It is important for me to understand what results mean to you.  You will show me your home and we will discuss openly and honestly about your home's best features and drawbacks.  We will review market data together to decide how much to list your property.

We need to investigate how your home is prepared to compete in the marketplace and ultimately be the very next on the sell in your neighborhood.  I spend a large amount of time and effort, using a hands on approach, to perfect the way your home will show and ultimate give the very best first impression to Buyers.

Marketing

I use customized marketing and promotional strategies to market and sell your home.
